Checkered Flag at PittRace

The Pittsburgh International Race Complex, also known as "PittRace", has definitely closed its door 30 November 2025, after 24 years of racing activities of all kind.
With this Series (and a subsequent Challenge during the Holidays), we can at least still take the opportunity to revisit the track in its virtual form !

Drivers Championship :

For all the Rounds the same Point Scheme will be in use :
• The Points structure is based on the race finishing position : 30, 27, 25, 23, 22, ... > View Table

After 25th, all the positions score 1 Point.

• There is no Point scored in Qualification
• A minimum of 3 Drivers on the Grid is required to make the Race Official.

In the Championship standings :
• The Drivers are classified by their Total Points scored. The Champion is the Driver who has scored the most Points.
• The 1st Tie Breaker is the number of Round participations.
• The Drivers are then classified by their numbers of Victories and Top 3.
• If needed, the subsequent tie breakers are the Average Finish position, the number of Pole position, the Average Qual. position.

Teams Championship :

For all the Rounds the same Point Scheme will be in use :

After 10th, all the positions score 1 Point.

• Only the two best results will count for Teams with more than two Drivers.
• Single car Teams will receive 2 Bonus Points as a balancing to multi-car teams.
• There is no Point scored in Qual.
• A minimum of 2 Teams on the Grid is required to score Points.

In the Championship standings :
• The Teams are classified by their Points scored. The Champion is the Team with the most Points.
• The first tie breaker is the number of Races won ; the second is the number of Top 3.
• If needed, the subsequent tie breakers are the Average Finish position, the number of Pole position, the Average Qual. position.
